UNSAFE AREA MULTIPLE SHOOTINGS

Been a resident for 3 years, had enough this area is UNSAFE. 2 shootings in 3 years of living here, June 2023 and June 2025. June 2023 shooting occurred in the apartment on the 4th floor, there was blood in the stairwells and a bullet hit a water line that flooded all floors below it including our apartment. With a flooded closet, the only consession Courtland on Blake gave us was a fan to dry the water out over a week... 2nd shooting recently in June 2025 was filmed on twitter (https://x.com/dobetterdnvr/status/1929752998420603383?s=46&t=hm8VPivnI20B529yoJX-kw), that is Cortland on Blake in the background, my specific apartment was in the background we saw the gun and the guy get hurt. Garage doors are broken monthly, with car break-ins frequent especially for people on the first floor of the garage which I am. AC has been broken from march to june of this year, they told us to open our windows... Hot tub jets never work, its maybe 80 degrees on a good day. The pool is nice about the only positive of this place. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR OWN LIFE AND SAFETY IN YOUR OWN HOME.
