Nice but difficulties justifying the price
It's fine. I feel safe as a female living alone and there's plenty to do outside of the apartment complex. I'm not very community oriented so I'm not taking advantage of the those amenities. My biggest issue is that the apartment is so small that having someone over makes it feel very crowded. It's a nice apartment but other than convenience, the price is not very justifiable because of its size.

Factory 52 is great!
I love living at Factory 52. It is super social and has tons of events, pet friendly, has bars and restaurants around, is safe for walking around the neighborhood, and has great amenities. It is a little on the pricey side, but a lot more affordable with a roommate. Management can be a bit slow sometimes, but if you stay on top of reminding them of things they are helpful. Maintenance is great and very responsive!

Worth the high price
My apartment is a community oriented complex with lots of events every week. I live in the 1 bedroom apartment and it’s brand new. It can be noisy, but you have to be aware when you choose your unit. It has a private gym, parking, pool, and you receive discount on the food hall as a resident. It’s very pet friendly and the smallest apartment really only fits one person, two would be too tight.

Factory 52 is great!
I love living at Factory 52! While it is a bit steep, the pricing includes basically all utilities and we have access to amazing amenities. The community is super social and made up of a lot of young people. There are always things going on, including fairs, tailgates, movie nights, and pool parties! Super convenient to Rookwood, Oakley, Kenwood, and only about a 15 minute drive to UC.
