Worth the high price

My apartment is a community oriented complex with lots of events every week. I live in the 1 bedroom apartment and it’s brand new. It can be noisy, but you have to be aware when you choose your unit. It has a private gym, parking, pool, and you receive discount on the food hall as a resident. It’s very pet friendly and the smallest apartment really only fits one person, two would be too tight.

Factory 52 is great!

I love living at Factory 52! While it is a bit steep, the pricing includes basically all utilities and we have access to amazing amenities. The community is super social and made up of a lot of young people. There are always things going on, including fairs, tailgates, movie nights, and pool parties! Super convenient to Rookwood, Oakley, Kenwood, and only about a 15 minute drive to UC.
