Cockroaches, the interior of the buildings are covered in dirt, gum, grime, and garbage. Whoever vacuumed twice a month doesn't even come anymore. The place is riddled with bugs, and doors are broken, and the elevator breaks and has never been cleaned. The water randomly shuts off in the summer, and heat is a gamble in the winter. The management office went to far as to steal one of my packages, the postman had to yell at them to give it back. They do at least three random inspections a year and refuse to tell anyone why. The only reason this place is open is because the rental market in Denver is insane, and people are desperate to have a roof over their heads. Ward students away at all costs, a longer drive to school is better than this.
