Campus View review

Overall, Campus View is a great property. All newly renovated units, with active construction on new common spaces in progress. Central A/C and heat in every unit. Relatively quiet, with the exception of a few pet (but they are never a nuisance). Very safe neighborhood relative to others nearer to UC. Very close to NKU, so many convenient amenities for students nearby (stores, restaurants). Management has been very courteous. Only real complaint is walkability, as the community is right off a major highway and owning a car is a must.
