Milledge Chase apartment on Baxter and Milledge
I have lived for 2 years in this apartment and it is the best place I've been able to live in Athens (my 5th year here for reference). It is cozy and the bedrooms are on the smaller side by the bathrooms are large. The kitchen has newer amenities. The location is perfect, on the corner of Milledge and Baxter, and it is about a 15-20min downhill walk to Correll Hall. There is also a nearby bus stop. The only downside is that is difficult to get a room- I never heard anything about it online and I am not sure if there is a website for it. If anything, may have to call Towne Club to ask if Milledge Chase has any openings. I actually found it through a roommate search on Facebook. I think for the most part you need to either find a room through Facebook or call the management company. I would recommend though!
