Great for the price

It’s a whole 1 bed 1 bath house with a yard, which makes it lovely. The property is old which makes some things inconvenient (e.g., not enough wall plugs, cabinets not in great condition, layout is not efficient). Overall liveable and great for the price. University Village has great maintenance support, too, which makes life a lot easier.
