Edwin
It's good for the most part but the Internet can be problematic sometimes and you do have to pay more since it's relatively upscale, but it's worth it if you want to be within walking distance of the school.

Good, expensive
I spend quite a bit of time at my apartment for studying, it’s mostly quiet. Feel safe, with multiple barriers to ensure residents only. Very close to target for groceries or quick pickup. Is expensive and may not be sustainable, however, considering the comfort, the quietness, the close proximity to school, it is worth the investment and I’m okay with taking in extra loan/expenses to have a safe, comfortable, functioning environment during medical school. Indoor garage as well. Would be much more affordable with a roommate

The Edwin is Great!
My fiancé and I love the Edwin. It is very similar to Steelcote flats down the street, but with a target attached. My two complaints are that I wish the area were more walkable and that the pool were deeper (more like a wading pool). Other than that, no complaints! It has been great, and the management is fantastic.

Amazing Apartment
Living at the Edwin is great as a first and second year medical student. It is so nice to be able to walk to school everyday. Also, there are usually 5-10 other medical students that live in the building which helps form close relationships. The downfall of this apartemnt complex is how expensive rent and parking is.
