Iva building

The actual apartment itself was very nice with brand new appliances when I moved in and the area was safe. However, the management staff is difficult to work with and were very uncooperative after I had moved out. The maintenance staff was a completely different story, they very promptly came for repairs and were willing to assist me once when I got locked out after hours.
