We haven’t had any issues that require maintenance yet, but management has been pleasant otherwise.
You can hear the people above you, it’s not terrible unless they are running.
It’s in a nice area that has good walking paths, pretty quiet outside of cars driving by.
Not too far from the school, about a 25 minute drive with traffic.
New construction, built in late 2024/early 2025.
Nice common areas and amenities.
