Old but Charming

I've had a love-hate relationship with this place. It's very old and has few updates, so there's no washer or dryer hookups, no washing machine, no disposal in the sink, etc. But it's so precious when I keep it clean.

I adore the neighborhood. It's perfect for walking and there's lots of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would love to stay if I could afford a nicer place in the neighborhood!

The management company is what you expect. They avoid paying for things at all costs, but they respond quickly and get to the maintenance requests fast.
