Good Apartment
The apartment is close to a fraternity, and they usually have parties on weekends. However, the noise level really depends on the unit layout. In my case, my living room faces the fraternity, so I can hear the noise there, but my bedroom is much quieter and not affected. The apartment is also close to a bus stop, making it easy to get to Rowling. Sunlight depends on the floor and which direction the unit faces; units facing another building receive limited natural light.
