Okay, not great

This apartment is adequate in that it is safe and has on-site maintenance and management, but it does not have AC, you pay per load of laundry, has a single digit number of parking spots so you're not getting one, very thin walls so you can hear every neighbor, and no closet or kitchen storage space.
