Good off-campus housing

Great and quick maintenance team. Administration is hard to work with but once settled I don't have to deal with them much. Small unit but good for one person. It is very close to a bus route that goes right to OSU campus and downtown.

Not great

Management is not communicative nor responsive. Maintenance is not timely. When I moved in, the apartment was not clean.
