Safe and accessible location, concierge, view
Old building, used to be a hotel in the 30s. Some units are more updated than others. Safe location in Back Bay. Next to frats and across from BU brownstones, but not noisy. Very kind and attentive concierge elevate building safety. Mix of owners and renters. Common laundry, not in-unit. Parking available for 14 units whose original owners bought the spots. Most are occupied, but it is possible for renters. Limited closet space, but can be greatly increased and functional with installed organization systems. 7-min walk to Kenmore-Station, about a 10 min walk from Hynes Convention Center station. Trader Joes about 20 min walk. 5 min walk from Bus Stop 1 station.
