Spacious and (pretty) quiet
It is spacious and in the nice Westover Village neighborhood within walking distance to some coffee shops, the Italian Store, and the public library. Its not walking distance from the metro and the bus can sometimes be tricky to coordinate, but it can be done! Parking is all on the street, but is rarely an issue.

Affordable for a 1 bed 1 bath apartment. Not really close to a metro station, but the bus is manageable. Its an old building, but in a nice neighborhood walkable to coffee shops, the Italian store, and the library.
