Great Apartment with Acceptable Tradeoffs
This space feels like a good compromise for living as a student without making huge sacrifices in amenities.
Moving here from an apartment that had been more recently renovated highlights some of the shortcomings of the space. There are several design choices that are clearly intended to make the apartment more *durable* rather than *comfortable.* But these make sense for a large, managed building.

Comfortable and modern
Though the prices are eye-popping, they're quite in line with similar buildings in the Kendall Square area. My apartment was delivered just after being renovated and has been kept in great condition by the quick and effective house maintenance crew. The office staff is helpful and friendly, so the overall experience living here has been stress-free.

Obsessed
We love living at the Lofts at Kendall Square. The staff is super helpful and responsive, common areas are kept clean and orderly, pet friendly, spacious apartments in a great location. Apartment was renovated and well maintained and spotless when we moved in, and we didn't have to pay any crazy up front fees either. Love it.
