Very good for the price
This apartment is in Franklin, so it's about 20min from Belmont. I personally don't think that's bad, especially considering the price of where I live. Franklin is also a great place to live. My apartment is a little smaller than I would like (~750ft^2) , but it's not as bad as a lot of Nashville apartments I've seen. They also have different sizes available. Amenities are nice as well. There are some families that live here, if that's something you care about
