Older but safe, spacious apartment. Good amenities. Excellent location

Old building, but in the process of being redone (paint job, carpeting). The apartment floorplans are very spacious. This is the best location in Nashville in my opinion -- 25 minute walk to Vanderbilt, which is mostly pleasant; a few minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores; in a busy area but on a quiet street. There is a small gym in the building that is rarely packed. The pool is lovely. Management is fair, mostly responsive.

High sticker price!

I love my building, it’s amenities and location but the rent price is exceptionally high for the size of my unit. Not to mention between 2021 and 2022, I had a nearly $200 rent increase. All in all, I do highly recommend the price if you are able to afford it. Otherwise, keep looking for a better deal.

Close to everything

My apartment is affordable for a couple, but it may be expensive for a single person. I love how central it is to other neighbors in Nashville, there are many places to walk to! I bike or take the city bus to Vanderbilt.

Eleven North

Great location and nice, spacious apartments. I enjoy taking advantage of the gym, pool, and cyber cafes. The only downside is the lack of storage space. I also had an issue with ants when I first moved in, but luckily the management is pretty responsive.

Eleven North

Eleven North has been a wonderful place to live. It's convenient to everything downtown and the staff is very kind and attentive. I would say the biggest selling point for me were the amenities. The pool/grill area is a great place to socialize and the gym, tanning bed, and sky lounge all add a lot of value to the quality of life. Not to mention you get all the perks of living in/near the gulch with an easier price tag than most other buildings nearby.

I am on the border of Midtown and Music Row so it feels very safe here, there is not tons of traffic which is nice when walking around and even driving whenever I get out in my car, and there is plenty to do with a bunch of restaurants and bars. There is even an outdoor concert every Monday at one of the bars across the street, so I can open my windows and just listen to live music when doing homework - I love it!
very fun atmosphere. Central to everything and lots of restaurants and shopping near by and very close to school. about a 5 minute drive
Everything is a short drive away (15 minutes or less). There are grocery stores, restaurants and bars in the areas so you aren’t missing out on the social experience. This is a more residential corner of the midtown area so you don’t hear traffic/ambulance noise even though there are freeways and hospitals nearby. Close to Centennial Park and Percy Warner Trails so if you enjoy the outdoors this is a nice area to be in.
Midtown is great if you want to live close to campus. Vibrant bar/restaurant scene and short walk to campus. Said "yes" to all the additional questions around safety, family/pet friendly, etc. but you also have to realize it's very much a party area. Division is very popular and as a result, you always have to watch your surroundings and be aware at all times.
Midtown is situated just next to Vanderbilt with tons of fun bars and restaurants
Lots of bars and food places, easy to walk around, safe, vibrant.
Restaurants nearby, quiet, close to gym. I really like it.
Very close to campus and plenty things around to do
