The Hillson
Less than 15 minutes from campus, so that is very convenient. Management isn’t the best as they have changed at least 4 times since we moved in July 2021. They are brand new apartments with nice appliances. Very pet friendly. They have a nice pool and gym. I like living here for the convenience of getting to class and being able to go back for lunch and come back, but they aren’t the most reliable when it comes to getting in touch with management.

Fun Place to Live
I have enjoyed my experience at the Hillson as the complex hosts several community events like pool parties and game nights. There has been a shift in the management, which has come with its own set of communication challenges. However, the complex is new (almost a year old) and I foresee that many of the management hiccups will be resolved in the near future.
