Not built to live in

This place is an awkward location of cambridge. There are few ways to leave and return and all of them have issues (traffic, irregular bus schedules, crazy round about shuttle route). The rude management cares more about looking good then taking care of the building or the residents. They are young uppidiy girls straight from undergrad who never had to lift a finger before and still don’t. They are mandated to wear shoes that have embellishments like the Tory Burch sign. Explains why they upgraded the lobby where they sit 3 times while leaving the front door not working (not locking and flinging wide open) for years. It’s still broken. The gym has broken equipment... pretty much everything is broken or unusable or if you are using it you are disturbing 50 residents. You can hear everything that happens in the courtyard and exactly what your upstairs neighbor is doing like when he went to the kitchen and then to the bathroom. All the maintenance guys quit because this new building is riddled with issues. We just had a pipe freeze and a sprinkler go off in the trash room. Btw you need a key to enter the typically overflowing trash room but no key to enter the building. The apt complex has had drug overdoses, suicides and other police issues. Management can’t even handle small offenses like smokers that they literally duck and cover at the issues. they are usually hiding behind mountains of paperwork. They can’t fill the apts for long nor can they usually get the details on the lease correct.
