Expensive, but worth it for the location and amenities

If you are willing to spend a lot for the apartment and are looking for a place in back bay, this should be at the top of your list. The subway could be closer, but if you drive, this isn't an issue. There's a ton of restaurants nearby and there's easy access to parking and a gym inside the apartment. There's also laundry machines inside each apartment which adds convenience. The layout of the restroom and rooms is also nicely done and you can tell thought has been put into creating this luxury apartment.

Best spot, amazing building, incredible management.

It's a brand new building in the beautiful Back Bay, with views either to the Hancock building and Copley Square, or to Prudential Center, but, both with amazing views to the entire city. The concierge personnel, the leasing agents, and everyone in their team are the most hard working, nice and caring people ever. The location is priceless: a block away from the Copley T stop, which takes you to BU with no changes of line in about 12 minutes. The building is pet friendly and if you have a car, there is a huge garage from where you can rent a parking spot. The building has an amazing and fully equipped 24 hour gym, and also, it has direct access to Star Market, so you don't even have to worry about getting wet or cold if you need to stop for groceries; just take the elevator! It is a pricey building, but for what you are getting it is completely fair.

Back Bay Reviews

4 reviews
Close to most things in Boston, makes the city very walk-able. However it is expensive and parking is a real pain. Much more central than Fenway and not nearly as crowded as the South End or Beacon Hill
Close to everything including transportation, food, laundry, grocery store, gym-everything
Pros: Walking distance to everything in the city, access to services, public transportation extremely convenient.
Cons: Lack of diversity among residents, financially and racially, high traffic zones, unsafe bike lanes.
Short walk to restaurants, stores and transit. Neighborhood is a mix of families and young professionals with a few college students.
