Great Apartment

I love my apartment! It’s in the perfect location and all the staff are so nice and responsive when I’ve had any issues. There’s also a free shuttle to the hospital. My apartment itself feels big all the units have newly renovated kitchens

My partner and I love living here! Friendly staff, responsive management, and the apartment itself is lovely. We have an amazing city view. It is a bit more pricey but very doable on a resident budget with a partner (some residents live here alone). With all of the amenities it also still feels good value. Only knocks against it are that the gym could be a bit more modernized and the laundry is not in unit (but free and multiple washer/driers per floor)

Good and cheap, but no frills

The building is okay, not great facilities, rickety elevators and the doors and stuff in the apartment are pretty light/thin. But for the price, it's not bad.

Biggest complaint is the lack of counter space in the bathroom. Might be okay if you don't have a lot of make-up / product that needs space in the bathroom.

Great apt // very expensive unless you live in a 2x2

Pros: Apartment units recently refurbished, maintenance staff very quick and responsive, 24x7 concierge (doorman), shuttle service to campus.

Cons: expensive unless you live in a 2x2 with a roommate, elevator and trash shute are VERY loud (can hear them from in-unit), units come with minor cosmetic damage, elevators are slow during the morning rush, gym is dated/run-down.

Overall, highly recommend if you live with a roommate. For solo residents, great property but potentially on the pricier side. Scope out other options but if you go with 2400, you'll be pretty happy most days.

Great apartment to live in for the location! Management is very responsive to any issues that come up. Only downside is there is a lot of construction noise in the area, so if you're trying to sleep during the day it can be challenging.

Fitler Square Reviews

You’re at the center of the action! Walkable to lots of nice restaurants, bars, museums, theaters, and other attractions in Downtown Philly. It’s on the other side of the river so good to get some physical distance from campus if you want to destress, but still very walkable to Penn Med.
Fitler Square is a great area. Very calm and pleasant, though more residential with fewer bars and restaurants than Rittenhouse. It's a great midpoint and ideal walking length to Penn campus, so worth giving up living in city center.
On the edge of center city, is walking distance to everything in center city while being a short walk across the bridge to University City. Very easy access to Schuykill River trail.
Quiet, friendly neighborhood with lots of green space—Schuylkill River Park and the river trail. Within 10min walking distance from Rittenhouse square.
In my opinion the nicest neighborhood in Center City. Convenient to get to school, cute to walk around, nice bar and restaurant options.
Very nice streets and family atmosphere. Love the coffee shops and dog parks. Lots of good restaurants to explore.
It’s in the perfect location as a Wharton student, across from 2116 and a block from 1919 Market, but the surrounding 2 blocks or so are nothing to write home about. You’re near everything you need, 2 beer stores on the corner, a wine and liquor a block away, Trader Joe’s and Giant 3 blocks away, but there are definitely some sketchy incidents around here. Probably just a Philly thing though
I love this neighborhood and would highly recommend it. It's quiet and incredibly safe.
