Great Building, Overpriced and Ineffective Staff

Great property, but would not be able to afford there without either the Heroes/returning tenant discount. Would probably move if it got any more pricy. Modern building with a lot of great amenities. Management ineffective. Pretty good noise control and prompt maintenance responses, though at times the issues need to be followed up on.
