Paying for the Location

The building is nice, but the rent overvalues the property. Compared to other $3600+ monthly, you get the bare minimum. Parking is an extra $75 a month on top of base rent. With utilities you pay approx $4100/month for a 2b/2br. Best part is the location, being approx. 10-15 min commute from the UMiami main campus / law school.

Neighborhood is nice, being on miracle mile with plenty of restaurant options, but the traffic can make it difficult to enter the building at times.
