NASTY

This place is an abomination! For the cost of their rental prices, you'd think you will receive a quality, up-kept home and a healthy environment.
With this being my third year and transferring to another unit, I am appalled with the lack of professionalism and a DISGUSTING unit that they have the nerve to rent for almost $2500!
The staff continually messed up my paperwork resulting in me duplicating payments and overpaying! Throughout the whole administrative experience, I had to run behind the staff as if they were little children! The lack of competency and common sense is mind-blowing! Worst of all, the unit that was said to be ready was foul and disgusting! Feces and a dirty ring in the toilet, counters with unknown residue, and hair in the refrigerator / freezer! Then it was another fiasco in trying to get the matter rectified. I HATE AND REGRET THIS PLACE! Spare yourself the drama and disappointment! THEY'VE EVEN GIVEN ME A UNIT WITH A NONWORKING SHOWER!
This community does not do your requested maintenance. They simply close the tickets without doing the job. This place is a disgrace. Therefore, you'll see lizard droppings throughout your building along with spiderwebs.
