Nice!
Very nice. Close to all major highways (great for travel). Very close to the hockey stadium and sawgrass mall. Close to the Dolphins stadium and NSU. A little drive to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and FIU. Management is very responsive. It is expensive, but it's a good neighborhood. Very family and pet friendly. Nice gym, nice pools, and nice resident lounge area. Love when they do food trucks on the premise.
