Great place to live
My experience has been great at sunset gardens. The apartments are very spacious, they come with a washer and dryer, and the amenities are very nice. If there is ever an issue, maintenance always responds and fixes it in a timely manner. The main issue I have with the complex is limited parking. The apartment comes with one spot per apartment, so if two people live there, one person has to park in a guest spot. This typically isn’t an issue unless you are getting home late and all of the parking is taken.
