Incredibly spacious and great access to transportion
The apartment is an excellent sized 1/1 reaching almost 900 sq. ft of living space. The staff are extremely friendly and timely when I put in a maintenance request. Quiet facility with a mixture of students, young professionals, and retirees. Nice pool with the view of downtown Dadeland. Gym is good for its size and is convenient when I don't want to leave the building to workout. Great private residential parking and security downstairs starting at 6:00pm every evening. Overall great facility!

I've had an excellent experience. Great location, quiet neighbors, pet friendly, nice gym. Beautiful pool area as well as a short walk to the metro rail. I highly recommend this location for all ages. Management company is very polite and willing to work with you on accommodations

Love my building
I love my building, it is walking distance from the mall, supermarket, pet market, and metro station. The amenities are great, the gym and pool
Are always clean and the building management is very friendly. The parking is very secure and only members.
