Good Review

The Towers at UTC provides separate leasing for each bedroom within the apartment unit. This means you are responsible for just your bedroom. The building offers amenities such as a rec room, a pool, a study lounge, and a gym. The building is located within a short walking distance to a mall, movies, grocery store, and restaurants. There is ample security and the building is very student oriented. The only downside to living at the towers is living with a lot of roommates for a relatively expensive price. I also have to commute about 20 mins to Howard every day. The apartment building offers a shuttle but it is often crowded and runs at specific times. The building is also within a short walking distance to a metro station Overall I have had a good experience at the towers. The have adjusted to the commute and I enjoy the buildings location.

Far, but Affordable.

If you can handle management that is unorganized every once in awhile or the 40 minute or so train ride, this is for you.

Could be better

When I first moved into this building I had issues with two managers surrounding my move in date. The furniture that comes with the apartment is not up to code in some rooms. The carpet was not cleaned. I feel that the price is a bit on the expensive side for a roommate and to be outside of DC.
