They're Not Excited About their Tenants
This is a place that does the BARE minimum when it comes to tenant upkeep. They've got some classic community events like toys for tots during Christmas and a labor day barbecue but it's nothing compared to other locations I've seen for less. As a result there's just 0 community and I don't have a relationship with my management company which makes getting issues solved more difficult. Maintenance is responsive and often very quick - they're all great guys. However, I had my A/C go out in March, and after maybe 5 emails 5 calls it FINALLY got totally fixed in August. So I'd say if you literally just want a place to sleep, it's fine. It's near the domain so there's lots of convenience to that but that't the ONLY benefit.
