Best Price in the Neighboorhood
Blunn Creek provides spacious, affordable apartments close to downtown and right next to St Edwards. (although no students live in the complex due to income requirements) I have enjoyed living here for 3+ years because of the location and price. My biggest complaint is noise from upstairs neighbors and unattended kids playing in summer and weekends. Car break ins are common.
