Awesome Place
Be this close to Downtown Austin is the best. It is really at the center of everything. Like being near restaurants, shopping and major attractions. The only issue would be traveling home in the evening when traffic gets pretty crazy. Other than traffic the apartment was really nice and had great amenities.

Quiet, spacious, and close to the city
Silvercreek Apartments have been a great place to live! When I first moved in the reviews weren't great so I was skeptical but throughout the past two years, I have had nothing but positive things to say.
Pros: Plenty of parking, management is nice, maintenance is prompt and professional, and it's about a $7 cab ride downtown.
Cons: Traffic on S. 1st is annoying, but it's a small price to pay. Storage is lacking.
