Great management; solid price for a two bed, two bath that fits our family of 3 compared to similar options closer to Arlington/DC

Very Safe
Fairfax is a really safe suburban neighborhood. Take note, however, that it is about 20 miles from GWU. The rush-hour commute may take an hour.

Good - Enjoy Living Here
The Ellipse at fairfax corner apartments are good apartment. It has a great pool in the summer, and if you get lucky enough you can get an updated apartment. My only complaint is that they randomly did construction in my building, and there were many holes in the wall and ceiling which caused an inconvenience, but otherwise everything is great.
