Best value, great location
Munger is by far the best place to live in terms of value. The apartments are beautiful and spacious and for only ~900 dollars a month you get utilities, cable, and internet included. Munger offers two study lounges with ample amounts of private rooms as well.
While you live with other graduate students, some of which could potentially be Ross students, you rarely build a strong relationship with all of your housemates. Also, most Ross students live in houses south of campus and tend to forge better relationships with their housemates and neighboring classmates. This isn't to say that you are at a disadvantage socially, but it is worth considering.
Also, there are no windows in the bedrooms which can be a problem for some people... and the gym is more like a hotel fitness center

Great Place to Live
Munger Graduate residences is a great place to live.
Pros: Incredible basic and high-end amenities for a low, flat rate; central location
Cons: Some bedrooms do not have windows (hard to know what time of day it is); 5 to 6 roommates

Great location
Munger is a great place to live.
Location: It is centrally located, midway between the business school and downtown. Everything is within walking distance (except shopping
Rooms: Rooms are amply furnished.
Amenities:
Downsides: Most bedrooms (80%) don't have windows. If you are comfortable with that, this is a great place. If you have a car, then you also have to worry about parking as there are no parking spots provided by Munger

Amazing value!
Munger is a great place to live. It is fully furnished and has all the amenities that you could possible want/need! The only drawback is that almost everyone gets a room without a window. Also, its proximity to Ross - a 7 min walk - is perfect, especially during winter months.

On campus housing
Everything here is brand new and it's a great price. It's been fun living with a big group of people but also having my own room/bathroom.

Modern with great amenities - no windows biggest problem
Munger is a great place to live in terms of location, value for money, and amenities. It's also a good way to meet people from other graduate programs at the University. A very high likelihood of not having a window is the main downside of the apartment complex, as is the spotty cell phone reception. If you can handle that, you're not going to find a much better deal.

Munger is a great place for Ross MBAs
This is one of the best places you can live, especially for the value and location. It opened this year and it is still basically new. It's a great place to be and wonderful opportunity to connect with people from other schools/colleges at UM.

Great place, could use some sunlight
A wonderful place to live as a Ross student. The only downside is the lack of windows in the bedroom.

No windows…
Decent place to live - perfect location for Ross MBAs and the price can't be beat. That said, you will most likely not have a windows in your apartment.

Cons: Have to walk a few blocks to get to real restaurants (like 2-3 blocks).
Its centrally located to bars, restaurants, classes, and everything else you need.
