6-bedroom apartment with MBA students

Great for roommates!

Close to many other MBA students, short walk to Ross, spacious, and great for football season. Not great, close to train tracks, further from food/restaurant amenities.

Large house split into three separate units with 6 bedrooms/3 bathrooms each. Traditionally all MBAs have lived in these units, and many more live in the immediate area. Fully furnished with large rooms, plenty of storage, and updated appliances in the kitchen. The house is a 10-12 minute walk from both Ross and downtown Ann Arbor.

The house comes pre-furnished and has great amenities.

Great location. 10 minutes from Ross, Downtown or the Stadium. Next to the Bus! Relatively new house with good amenities. Feels like home.

Great place with many MBAs living around. The proximity to the Big house makes gaming days super exciting! We have a quiet neighborhood with a couple of parties, but nothing like the undergrad area.

Location promotes a lot of interaction with other MBAs.

This is a complex with 3 attached units each having 6 bedrooms/3 BRs. Our unit has 4 stories with each floor having 2 bedrooms/1 BR except for main floor which has common area. It is a fun place at which to live if you are up for several roommates. The place was recently refurbished and has granite countertops with an island, speakers in the wall, 2 fridges, and fully furnished (except for dining table). Thin walls and medium size rooms are the main problems.

Relatively new property for AA. Modern kitchen and appliances. Close distance to Ross, Big House and gym.

It's a bit expensive, but the community it creates for MBA students is ideal. The property management company is fairly responsive, but uses tactics that are questionable (such as forcing us to sign a renewal lease 3 months into our first year's leasing agreement). For the two years that I've been here, I've been satisfied. I enjoy having a bathroom on each floor, but I don't enjoy the thin walls or lack of closet space. Parking is difficult if more than two people have vehicles as well. The unit is centrally located, 10 minutes from school, few minutes from the BUS tailgate, and about five/seven minutes from The Big House.
