Perfect location - close to the stadium, the BUS, Ross, Main Street, and many other Rossers.

The apartment is fantastic. It is in a prime location - equidistant from the Big House (football games), Ross, and downtown. It's a half-mile walk from Ross. The apartment is big and was renovated in 2008, so it is updated. Big, spacious kitchen with two fridges, oven, stovetop, sink, and large dining and living room spaces. TV is included but not cable. The downside is the train is nearby and when it rides through it blows its horn constantly, often in the middle of the night.

Big house, new compared to others in AA. 10-15 minute walk to Ross.

The nice thing about 133 Hill is that while you do have 5 other roommates, the size and layout of the house allows for privacy when needed. The house is close to both Main Street and Campus and the back unit is relatively quiet with regards to street noise. If you can get a group of 5 others together, the Hill House is a great option.

3 unit house. All MBAs. Great spot for social gatherings near the bus and stadium

Eighteen of us live in a triplex house: large house with 3 units, each unit has 6 people, so I live with 5 other housemates. The house is recently renovated (2009?) so it is very nice, new, has great insulation, etc. It is centrally located between the Ross School of Business, downtown, and the Big House so you're never too far away from anything. The only drawback is that we are very close to train tracks and a train passes by on a few nights per week. If you're a light sleeper, the train horn may bother you.

Fun, safe and convenient

Lovely six bedroom apartment. Lots of light and brand new fixtures, etc. Only concern is that the apartment is a 12 minute walk from the business school and the apartment does not heat/cool uniformly.
