Great place, unfortunately there won't be any openings here next year. I'd look with the management company (IPM) they are very reputable.

10 min walk from Ross. Property built in 2009; modern amenities throughout the property (common spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room). Prompt + responsive property management company. 10 min walk to the Big House and 2 min walk from the Bus.

Massive 18 person house that is much newer than the other houses in the area. IPM only rents to graduate students (MBA/JD) and all three units have renewed for the following year.

Awesome house
The house is awesome. Currently 18 MBAs -- 6 per unit. Everyone has their own bedroom and share a bathroom with only one other person. The living rooms are very spacious.
