Love living at 824

Enjoy living here for the quick walk to Ross. Very active game day scene in thei neighbourhood, but no issues with noise in the building. Shopping at Lucky’s is easy with a car. And management is always quick to deal with any problems that may arise. Updated bathrooms are really nice.

Great apartments about 8 minutes from Ross

I've lived at 824 McKinley Ave for both my years at Ross. It's an amazing place to live. The landlord (CMB) is very helpful and is constantly updating the apartment.

The neighborhood is not as lively or trendy as the downtown area, but it has everything we need in walking distance, including the best coffee stop in Ann Arbor, Roos Roast, a neat grocery store with $2 pints of beer, and a diner Michael Phelps used to frequent, which is perfect for any hungover breakfasts you may experience. It is a quiet and family and pet friendly neighborhood.
The neighborhood is very nice and feels very safe. There is a park very close by which is really nice, and the area is within a 10 minute walk to the stadium which is great. There are many people walking around with dogs in the area, and most people that live there are couples or families
The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. It is a short bike ride away from all that Ann Arbor has to offer. Public transit is also just steps away.
I really like this neighborhood since it is quite and away from traffic. There are also a lot of really nice parks nearby and the streets are great for running.
Really close to Ross (8 minutes) and 15 minute walk to downtown. Neighbors are mostly student athletes who tend to be quiet so no issues with noise.
Quiet neighborhood surrounding most of Woodbury except to the south, which is more commercialized - but not in a negative way.
The Ross people that live ain Woodbury do events from time to time. Nice neighborhood. Lots of Ross with family and kids.
The only downside to the neighborhood is that we get tailgaters in our driveways on Saturday mornings. Almost no parties, and it is a very respectful neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
