Review of Harbor Village

I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, which is the only type of apartments they have. I use the second bedroom as an office, which is helpful for completing school work at home. It is kind of dark in the living room and kitchen; however, both bedrooms receive a lot of sunlight. The leasing office is very helpful and pet friendly. There is a small, off-leash dog run. And, it is a great place to walk a dog. There is a gym and business center in the clubhouse. The neighborhood is mostly families, and it is very quiet. Parking is included (we have 2 passes), and there are several visitor spots, as well as parking on a nearby residential street. It's located 15 minutes away from the law school (both by back roads and the interstate), and 10-15 minutes from Short Pump. There are a lot of great food options, and several coffee shops near by. I live in a downstairs, remodeled unit, and I can never hear the neighbors on either side of me. I can occasionally hear the guy above me walking; however, I think that's just because he's really loud. If there are any issues, maintenance is out within 24 hours. In terms of safety, it feel safe walking around the complex at night alone. There are a few police officers who live in the neighborhood, and it's pretty well lit. Definitely would recommend.
