Can’t complain
Unfortunately I got this apartment last minute thinking it had a washer/dryer which I really wanted but they have a common area just outside my apartment to do that. While it’s $1300 I am 10 min door to door from the law school which is extremely nice. Apart from that there’s very little noise (occasionally the upstairs neighbors walking around - typical upstairs neighbors activities smh). There’s always available parking which I know isn’t guaranteed if you live downtown. Definitely an option to consider. I’ve been pretty happy.
