Great Location, Good Value

I really enjoy living at CB Lofts. I wish the common spaces (hallways, pool area, parking) were better maintained and cleaner. Pets are known to go to the bathroom in the hallways and it is weeks before it is cleaned. I really enjoy my apartment and I feel that I am paying a fair price for the area.
