Solid Apartment Building
I've had a relatively positive experience at the Tuscany. Management could be a bit more responsive but they've never taken longer than a week to fix something. There are periodically pest problems, so I would suggest spraying the perimeter of your apartment. I like that my apartment is 12-15 minutes from Emory and Midtown is 10-15 minutes (without traffic) away.

Love it here
The grounds are beautiful. The gym is great. I've never had an issue with noise from a neighbor. The apartment itself isn't super upgraded, but it's a good price for the location and size. Huge closets and master bathroom. I love all the palm trees and the pool.

Centrally Located and Responsive Management
We have lived here for more than 3 years, and we just can't find anywhere that is equally comfortable, convenient and affordable. The management and maintenance staff are very good - they respond quickly to any concerns and are always friendly. The office staff try to learn our names, and you can tell that management encourages them to try to get to know residents and take good care of them. The property and appliances are well-kept, nothing is run-down or falling apart. There is a small gym and all of the cardio machines are usually functional (which is rare for an apt gym), and there are a few free classes offered weekly. It's a quick walk to the Lindbergh Marta station, though you won't find any amazing restaurants within walking distance (unless you're addicted to Dunkin Donuts and chain restaurants). One downside to be aware of is that the pet deposit and pet rent are totally overpriced (but they are at every apartment complex).
