Great location for med students

The location can't be beat. It's a 10 minute walk in the morning to the medical school and you don't have to fight traffic. The apartments are in great shape with good amenities. My only complaint is that it can get noisy with some undergrads throwing parties but being older I am just over that scene. Management has been responsive to dealing with that to create an environment that is good for everyone.

On-campus apartment

Emory Point is very close to Emory Campus. It is walkable to business school. The property has restaurants, supermarket and drag store. After changing management company a year ago, the management is better than past years.
Some room cannot enjoy sunlight and it’ll be noisy when there are party in common area.

Excellent amenities & proximity to campus

Overall, I would recommend Emory Point to a prospective student due to its proximity to campus. The rent is slightly higher than other apartments of similar size in Atlanta, but I think the proximity to campus and the abundance of bus routes makes up for it. The only negative is the noise - try to get an apartment on the top floor if you can because the building’s construction is not optimal for noise control from upstairs neighbors.

Best apartment complex near campus!

+ Luxurious design (e.g. crown modeling, stone top, barn house door)
+ Great amenities included (e.g. study room, pool, gym)
+ Responsive maintenance team
+ Walking distance to Emory University
+ Good restaurants and shops walking distance (e.g. Marlow's Tavern, Tin Lizzy's, Papi's, Earth Fare)
- Poor and unresponsive service provided by junior employees at leasing office; area of opportunity for property managers

Great location and services

I use an electric bike to go to class every day and it only takes me 5 minutes.

Safe place, great amenities, could improve on hygiene slightly

Great Apartment Complex with Easy Access to Campus and Restaurants

Emory Point has good-sized, clean apartments. There are several shops/restaurants in the complex (including a grocery store, CVS, and dry cleaner) which is convenient. The parking garage always has spaces available and it is a quick walk or shuttle ride to Emory's campus. The gym/pool are nice and maintenance is helpful. Only downside is that some units can be noisy depending on where they are located (i.e. looking over the pool) and the package system is somewhat annoying.
