Overpriced
Price is too much, and no utilities are included. For the price we pay for rent, we could get another place nearby with utilities included. The main reason I picked this place is because of the gated community, but even that doesn't keep it safe, as there have been break-ins.

Good suburban feel
This apartment is a little pricey but very conveniently located near my school. The layout is like a small gated development and feels very safe. It has a nice suburban feel despite being right off city avenue and so close to so much around philadelphia. The apartments are well laid out and the maintenance men are always very quick to respond if there is an issue.
