Located in northwest Seattle, bordered by Puget Sound to the west and Salmon Bay to the east is a charming neighborhood known as Magnolia. This area is primarily residential and offers a mix of historic homes, modern developments, and waterfront properties. Downtown Seattle is easily accessible by car via the Magnolia Bridge, but also offers several bus routes through the area.

Magnolia is home to a handful of restaurants and cafes, including the popular Serendipity Cafe, which serves coffee, sandwiches, and pastries. The neighborhood also boasts several boutique shops and independent retailers, as well as hosts a weekly farmers market. Like most parts of Seattle, there is also plenty of green space for residents to enjoy. One of the largest is Discovery Park, offering over 500 acres of hiking trails, beaches, and wildlife. There is also a playground, with sports and recreation fields, located nearby called Magnolia Playfield.

This picturesque neighborhood offers a mix of urban conveniences and natural resources. Many find it a desirable place to call home because of its stunning views, many conveniences, and its accessible location.
