"Urban Environment with Family-Friendly Activities"
Atlantic Station is a popular tourist destination in Midtown Atlanta less than a mile from Peachtree Street. It is a clean, quiet, urban, residential environment with lots of young professionals and families. Living in Atlantic Station provides everything from shopping, dining, entertainment and relaxation all in proximity to each other. The walkable neighborhood offers something that is enjoyable for all ages. The outdoor mall prime location is great to enjoy the nice weather but when temperatures drop, you can also catch a movie or go ice skating. Its unique pop-up markets always keep visitors guessing what is to come. Atlantic Station has ample complimentary parking and easily accessible public transportation, although you can walk almost everywhere you would need to go – close to IKEA, Target, Publix. The people in the area are friendly and the neighborhood community always has some sort of activity or event going on. Furry friends are always welcome and have a fun spot to play with other dogs at the nearby dog park.

Atlantic Station — 8/10 Rating (based on 8 neighborhood reviews)
It's close to many shopping and dining areas. In the city so no hassle with commuting in that direction. Due to its location being by a lot of major roads and highways, traffic can be tense, as with any major city. However the convenience and time frame from point A to B makes a big difference.
It's close to work (10 min, if that), close to events when they happen here in Atlantic Station, all of my fave stores are in walking distance and there's a free shuttle you can hop on right across the street.
I'm happy with my experience. It's nearby all the places I need. Easy commute. Traffic isn't terrible. Wish there was a nice park closer.
Atlantic Square Apartments
Atlantic station is a commercial district, outdoor mall. Lots of amenities available including Publix, LA Fitness, movie theater, Target. However, not really a quiet area (usually some events on the weekends). Great for walking pets.
17th Street Lofts
Really close to stores - I basically live next to an outdoor mall
You have to pay to park on the street level
Really close to 75, 85 and 400
Excellent access to public transportation
Pet Friendly area
I am a 20 something living in Atlantic Station. I love the location, all the restaurants bring great social capabilities. There is always something going on.
Friendly and safe environment. Safe to walk around.
Seventeen West Apartments
overpriced and overstated. Rent is too high, its not that great. The only perk is that it is close to Marta and GA tech and you could walk around a bit.
