Overview
There are many positives: amazing management staff that is very responsive to concerns and maintenance issues. It’s is very close to the main highways and has little surrounding traffic making it easy to get around town. It does not have a lot of walkability, but I find that nice and safer for me wife. They also have a security guard every night to make one feel even more safe. One big negative that it resides right next to a very active railway, which can be quite loud. We live on the inside the building facing the pool and the train cannot be heard unless you listen for it. Not the case in an outside apartment. But if that does not bother you, then you can disregard that comment. Parking is easy and there are plenty of spots for residents, but guest may find some difficulty at night and in weekends.
