Just Okay

The floors are breaking because the building is not up to code. There is no insulation between the condos (next door and below/above) so you hear EVERYTHING - music, neighbors sneezing and the video gamer upstairs. Great dog park and the bus stops right outside the front gate. Small Gym in the building and parking is HORRIBLE. If you have two cars but a one bedroom condo, one of you has to park several blocks away. My boyfriend's car was stolen within the first three months of living here. They will ticket and tow you if you park in the wrong spot (even ones that are unused).

The Element

The element is a great place to live. The two story condo we have is very spacious and is in the heart of atlantic station, where we have access to restaurants and shopping. The landlord is very helpful and whenever we have issues, they get resolved in a timely manner.

Great space

Been living here for 4 years now. Management is great. Jeff Walker is the property manager. He and his team are always on top of things. Excellent HOA and overall great place to live. Most of the neighbors are nice and friendly. The location is the best in ATL. a few minutes from BOTH 85 and 75.
