Great value, no frills

This apartment is a really amazing value for a 2 BR so close to downtown, but it is not very modern and the appliances/pipes/hvac system could all use a good upgrade. We have had maintenance come about 5 times in the 2 months since we moved in, just for the shower.

Great alternative to Station 9

Coming from San Francisco I really wanted to live by myself, and also get the charm of old buildings that I was used too. A big apartment complex wasn't going to work. I found this place and absolutely love it. The rent is super affordable so I can live there by myself and use the spare bedroom as an office/ guest bedroom. The building is a little older so the appliances are not brand new, but has the old building charm (crown molding & hardwood floors). I have a washer dryer in my unit at tons of outdoor space. I also find it very quite and don't hear any of my neighbors (I share just one wall). Location is also great. It's a 5 min drive to Station 9 area and just a few minutes from downtown. Your really can't get a better price/location in Durham. The rental company is also great, I had something break and they fixed it the next day.

Getting around Trinity Park

Trinity Park Reviews

Super nice area. Extremely family friendly and good for walking pets as well. No safety issues that I am aware of. great Place to walk around and look at old, beautiful, expensive houses. Right across from Duke’s East Campus and walkable to downtown Durham if you’re okay with walking 15-20 mins.
I love Trinity Park, you can walk to 9th street or downtown. I love taking walks around the neighborhood to admire all the cute houses. It's very family friendly and a quiet, safe neighborhood.
Trinity Park is a neighborhood of single family homes. It is half a mile to Duke's East Campus (great place to go for a run), about a mile to the 9th St. area where a majority of Fuqua students live, and also one mile to downtown Durham. Have easy access to all those spots is great, while also having the space to relax and feel more at home.
Cute neighborhood. Easy to get to places. I love going for walks in the neighborhood. Very safe. Family oriented.
Very convenient for access to school and network, feels safe and well maintained.
Neighborhood is great, especially if you are a runner/walker/biker.
Beautiful, quiet, relatively safe neighborhood. Public transit is not as accessible.
Great trails, mix of long-time owners and renters, walking distance to downtown and 9th street.
